La Toscana 78CR568 Review: I bought this faucet 4.5 years ago, and it has functioned well in my home kitchen. It is attractive and well-priced. However the spray arm, which pulls out from the base, broke recently. There is a plastic or ceramic tube inside the chrome-colored spray arm, and it suddenly snapped off when I was pulling the arm/hose out from the base.I contacted the manufacturer's rep in NJ (via www.paini-usa.com) and they were courteous and knowledgeable.
